Meet The Team

Daniel started Bennett Law in June 2021 and has focused his practice on real estate, wills, estates, corporate law, and personal injury. Hailing from Pasadena, Newfoundland and Labrador, Daniel is an graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School (York University) and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Co-Op)(Hons) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. Daniel takes a practical approach in dealing his clients and strives to be approachable, reachable, and cost effective in representation.

With over 20 years experience as a lawyer, Ken brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, particularly in the court room setting. Ken has represented clients in the Supreme Court of Canada, the Newfoundland and Labrador Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and in the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador. Ken regularly represents clients in civil litigation matters including corporate and estate disputes, personal injury matters, and  criminal law.

Samantha is a St. John’s, NL resident and  Academy Canada graduate with a diploma in Office Administration.

With a background in Journalism and Retail Management, she believes that communication with clients is an integral part of the practice.

Wanda grew up in Horwood, Central Newfoundland. After obtaining her (honours) diploma in Office Administration at Keyin College, she moved to St.John’s, NL.  There she owned and operated her own business prior to beginning her career in the legal field in 2009.  Wanda has experience in corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, with a strong focus on real estate. Her integrity and dedication is prominent in her work with clients.

Tina originates from Stephenville Crossing and graduated from the College of the North Atlantic with a diploma in Office Administration-Executive. She has been working in the legal field for 15 years in Ontario and Newfoundland and Labrador. Her knowledge base and communication skills help to create a strong rapport with clients.

She is a versatile paralegal proficient in real estate, wills and estates, tax, personal injury, and criminal law. Holly's client-centered approach, deep community roots, and commitment make her the trusted choice for legal support.

Tanya grew up in a military family and has lived in Calgary, Halifax, Oromocto, and St. John's, amongst other places. In 2013, she made the decision to pivot towards her passion for the legal field. Her dedication and commitment led her to achieve an honors diploma in Legal Office Administration at the College of the North Atlantic. Tanya's journey exemplifies her unwavering dedication to the legal profession.
